Rockham Bay beach is a dog-friendly beach that comes to life when the tide is out, with plenty of sand and rock pools to explore.

The beach can only be accessed by a lovely coast walk and some steps down to the beach, which means it is never too busy.

The whole area is lovely and has been designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). Much of the land is owned by the National Trust, and the cliffs to the west of the village are designated as a Site of Special Scientific due to its maritime heath, coastal, cliff and foreshore habitats.

The car park in the village is a couple of km away, but no facilities at the beach, so remember you will have to carry everything and take your litter home.
