The Boot & Slipper is a dog-friendly pub located a short walk from Amersham centre. A nice option after a country walk or just a stroll around Amersham. Whether you want fresh air in the large, partially covered beer garden or a table inside, they can accommodate you and your dog.
Dog Access and Rules
The Boot & Slipper welcomes dogs in the bar area and beer garden, but not in the restaurant area. The pub has a doggie station with blankets, water and treats.
When booking online, select the bar area and add a comment that you’ll be bringing a dog.
What's On Offer
A nice pub for drinks and/or a bite to eat, serving a range of traditional pub food, including steak, burgers, pies, lasagne, fish&chips, salads and curries. Can recommend the fish & chips and steak (see photo), and a pint of Tring Brewery’s Sidepocket.
Wide selection of drinks, including wines, lagers, craft beers, cask ales, and soft drinks.
Access and Facilities
The Boot & Slipper is located just north of Amersham’s main shopping area and is an easy walk away, or you can park in its large car park.
