Dog Access and Rules
Between 1 October and 30 April, you can take your dog anywhere on Kinmel Bay Beach.
Between 1 May and 30 September, you must keep your dog on a lead on the beach between the entrance from the car park on St Asaph Avenue and the first entrance from the promenade near Woodside Avenue.
Keep your dog on a lead at all times within the Kinmel Dunes Nature Reserve.
