Ffrith Beach is dog-friendly and one of a few connected beaches along the Prestatyn coastline. The beaches have a single promenade running along the back, providing approximately 4 miles of hard surface that is popular with walkers and cyclists.
Dog Access and Rules
Ffrith Beach allows dogs all year but this is one continual stretch of sand, where a lot of the stretch has seasonal restrictions between 1 May to 30 September. You should check the local signs but the stretch of beach from the Kite Surf Cafe, Rhyl, eastwards to Ffrith Festival Gardens, Groyne 9, Prestatyn is the dog-friendly stretch.
Access and Facilities
Facilities include a promenade, car parking and a children’s play area.
