About
Freathy beach is a south-facing sun trap just below the village of Freathy at the mid-point of Whitsand Bay. At low tide, you have a large beach, but as the tide comes in, you get lots of smaller coves.
This stretch of Whitsand Bay is great for a long dog walk, exploring the many small coves.
Dog Access and Rules
Freathy Beach is dog-friendly all year-round.
Access and Facilities
Car parking is available at the pay-and-display Sharrow Point car park just above the beach. Access is then down a narrow path.
You have no facilities, but you do have seasonal lifeguards.
