About
Devon Cliffs Holiday Park is just outside Exmouth, right on the edge where land meets the sea. It’s one of the Haven’s bigger parks, not some quiet hideaway. But it does have space and sea views, and if you get a clear evening, the sunsets are crackers.
Dog Access and Rules
Dogs are allowed on leads at Devon Cliffs and welcome within a designated area inside the South Beach Cafe. Dogs are also welcome on the Sports Bar terrace area.
What's On Offer
Facilities-wise, it’s a proper big park – swimming pools, water slides, mini golf, arcades, a couple of takeaways, and a shop that sells almost everything.
Things To See & Do
The biggest plus is Sandy Bay Beach. It’s right below the park and partially dog-friendly, but only at one end during the summer. From October to April, dogs can go to the whole beach. The sand is soft and clean, and the waves are gentle.
The South West Coast Path runs beside the park and along the cliffs, is handy for dog walks, and has great views. There’s a cracking route toward Orcombe Point, which not only gives you a headland to explore but also beach areas with no seasonal restrictions.
Access and Facilities
Devon Cliffs Holiday Park is easy to reach by car. It’s signposted well from Exmouth, and a sat nav doesn’t get confused like it does with some rural places. There is plenty of parking near the caravans.
If you’re coming by train, Exmouth station is the nearest, but you’ll need a taxi to the park.
