About
Normans Bay beach is a wide-open dog-friendly beach. The beach is typical of this part of the coast, with pebbles at high tide, and as the tide goes out, the large expanse of sand appears — a perfect beach for traditional family beach activities.
Norman’s Bay has a couple of camping and caravan parks which give you some facilities and more people. Although the beach is large, wander around, and you will find space.
Popular with watersports including sailing, windsurfing and kitesurfing.
Normans Bay railway station serves Normans Bay in East Sussex and is a short walk from the beach.
The Sovereign Centre swimming pool is a 10-minute walk away.
