Dog-Friendly Policies
From 1 May to 30 September, there is a seasonal dog ban on the beach 200 metres on either side of the main entry point in Chapel St Leonards. Signs on the railings will help you identify the restricted area.
Dogs are welcome year-round outside the restricted 200-metre zone on either side of the Main Pullover. These sections of the beach offer plenty of space for your dog to run and play.
Dogs must always be on the lead when walking along the promenade.
