About
The Bell is a good pub choice in Walberswick with a big beer garden and just a short stroll from the harbour and beach.
The menu and specials board capture the best of Suffolk produce! Offering a choice of freshly prepared, locally sourced and home-cooked dishes ideal for a leisurely lunch or an evening out. For drinks, you get the usual selection of local Adnams cask and keg beers, wines and soft drinks.
The Bell has 6 bedrooms, of which two allow dogs, all individually designed with great views over the beach, the gardens or down to the harbour.
Dog Access and Rules
The Bell is a dog-friendly pub and a great option for a drink and/or meal and treats at the bar for your dog.
Well-behaved dogs are also allowed in some rooms, but as this is limited, you must specify travelling with a dog at the time of booking.
Things To See & Do
A great location as close to Walberswick Beach, or you can pop across the ferry or footbridge into Southwold for more beach space and amenities.
We liked the walk that took you over the footbridge, through the marshes into Southwold, and then back along the beach to finish crossing the river on the small foot ferry. This was just under 5km in actual walk but then add some for looking in the Southwold shops.
Access and Facilities
The Bell does have limited on-site parking for residents.
