Goring Beach, located to the west of Worthing, is a beautiful stretch of coastline known for its wide, pebbly shores and tranquil atmosphere. It’s a less crowded option compared to some of the busier beaches in the area, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing day out with your dog.
Dog-Friendly Policies
Goring Beach has seasonal dog restrictions between Worthing Sailing Club and the boat ramp at the bottom of Seafield Avenue. Dogs are not allowed on the beach between May 1st and September 30th.
Things To See & Do
Enjoy a leisurely walk along the beach, enjoying the fresh sea air and beautiful coastal views. The beach offers plenty of space for your dog to run, play, and explore. The pebbly shore and areas of sand at low tide provide a varied terrain for your dog to enjoy.
Access and Facilities
There is plenty of parking available, including road parking and two car parks at either end of this beach, Marine Crescent and Sea Lane. At Sea Lane, you have a licensed cafe, shop, and toilets. Beach huts are on the beach, with some available for hire.
