Dog-friendly Seasonal Restrictions in West Sussex

Often, locations have seasonal restrictions because the area can get very busy or nesting birds or other wildlife need protection. These restrictions are generally in place from Easter to the end of September, which includes school holidays and breeding seasons for many species of birds and wildlife. During this time, dogs may be prohibited from specific areas or must be kept on a lead at all times.

Our Seasonal Restrictions tag marks a location that allows dogs but where some local rules or regulations could impact a visit. A typical example is a beach that does not allow dogs at busy times of the day between Easter and October.
