Douglas Bay is one long seafront, but it is split into Central Beach and Broadway Beach. By its name, Central Beach is a sandy beach in the heart of the town, and as you move away from the busier part of town, you reach Broadway Beach.
Dog Access and Rules
Douglas Bay from Switzerland Road to the Sea Terminal has seasonal restrictions, leaving the northernmost part unrestricted.
The seasonal ban is from the 1st May to the 30th September, between the hours of 10 am and 5 pm.
Access and Facilities
Facilities include parking, toilets, shops, a cafe, and restaurants.
