Douglas Bay is one long seafront, but it is split into Central Beach and Broadway Beach. By its name, Central Beach is a sandy beach in the heart of the town, and as you move away from the busier town, you move onto Broadway Beach.

Between the 1st May and 30th September, dogs are not permitted within the hours of 10 am to 6 pm.
