About
Port Grenaugh is a tiny dog-friendly cove on the island’s east coast, roughly halfway between Douglas and Castletown. The beach is a mix of sand and shingle with plenty of rocks to explore.
A nice walk from the beach is up to the site of an Iron Age fort, Cronk ny Merriu, which sits on the cliffs overlooking the beach
Dog Access and Rules
Port Grenaugh Beach allows dogs year-round with no seasonal restrictions.
Access and Facilities
A narrow road winds its way down to the beach, where there is parking for several cars.
