Dog Access and Rules
Trigony prides itself as being one of the most dog friendly hotels in the UK. Your pooch will receive a welcome pack in the room with a water bowl, biscuits and poop bags. There are doggie options on the menu and one to one dog training sessions available to book.

Things To See & Do
Nestled in the heart of Dumfries and Galloway, there are plenty of beautiful walks nearby, including the extensive woodland surrounding Drumlanrig Castle, just outside Thornhill.
A coastal region, there are lots of beaches within an hour’s drive from the hotel. There are swimming spots in the river at Scaur Water, near Penpont.
Thornhill is a lovely small town with boutique shops and a variety of cafes and restaurants. Dumfries, roughly 20 minutes away, is larger with a range of shops and supermarkets.
Access and Facilities
The restaurant is available for non-residents as well as those staying at the hotel. There is a small lounge bar to enjoy in the evenings. The gardens to the hotel are beautiful. Own transport is advised as there is no direct public transport to the hotel.
