The Railway Inn is a family-run country pub easily accessible from Hull and many coastal villages.
The pub is a popular stop-off at roughly halfway on the historical Hull to Hornsea Railway track for those who enjoy dog walking. The track is also part of the larger, better-known Coast to Coast Trans Pennine Way, where individuals take on the challenge of cycling from Hornsea to Southport, a total of 215 miles.
Dog Access and Rules
The Railway Inn allows dogs at outside tables and in the tiled bar area, but not in the restaurant. The pub has a strict three-bark rule, so you do need to make sure your dog is well-behaved, or you will be asked to leave.
Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed on Sundays, as it is just too busy serving their famous Sunday Roasts.
