About
Thornwick Bay Holiday Village sits on the edge of Flamborough Head on the East Yorkshire coast.
Dog Access and Rules
Dogs are allowed on leads at Thornwick Bay and welcome within a designated area of the main restaurant.
The beach at Thornwick Bay itself has no seasonal dog bans, though you do need to check tide times because the sand disappears fast.
What's On Offer
The holiday village has comfy caravans with enough room for a dog bed and the usual bits you haul around on trips. There’s a shop, arcades, a swimming pool, and places to grab food.
Things To See & Do
The coast here is wild in a good way. Chalk cliffs, hidden caves, and beaches with rock pools. If you fancy a day at a dog-friendly beach, Thornwick Bay works well because it’s rugged but still doable. Your dog can explore the rocky bits or paddle in the shallows.
The cliff-top paths, especially the stretch toward North Landing, are a steady walk. You can also wander to Flamborough Lighthouse or head over to Danes Dyke where the woodland gives your dog a break from the open coast.
