About
Jaywick Beach, also known as Brooklands Beach, is located in Jaywick, on the outskirts of Clacton-on-Sea.
You have a dog-friendly beach that sits alongside the main street, and at the end, you have a holiday camp. The beach has sea breakwaters that create several bays.
Like a lot of the Kent coast, you will see Martello Towers, small round 19th-century forts built to protect from an attack across the English Channel.

Car park right on the beach. A few bits of sea holly about before you reach the sea but nothing much.
Nice sandy beach, beautiful to walk along. We didn’t see any other dogs, only a couple of people come to that.
Nice looking cafe type place near the car park but we didn’t go in.
Perfect place for a walk by the sea.
