Seafield beach is a sandy beach with rock pools and some grass areas in a quiet area to the south of Kirkcaldy.

The beach looks out into the Firth of Forth and if you are lucky you will see some seals on the rocks.

Facilities at the beach include car parking but you can also walk from Kirkcaldy.
