St. Mildred’s Bay Beach is a sandy bay with a promenade, cliffs and a tidal pool. Most of the beach disappears at high tide, so plan your visit, although you can always look around Westgate.

Dogs are prohibited on St. Mildred’s Bay beach between 10am and 6pm from 1 May to 30 September.

Facilities include lifeguards and first aid, cafes, a pub and restaurant nearby, toilets, parking and chalets for hire.
