Hubbard’s Hills is a picturesque parkland area located in the Lincolnshire Wolds on the outskirts of Louth. The park features rolling hills, a meandering river, and woodland areas, making it a perfect spot for walking, picnicking, and enjoying nature.
Dog Access and Rules
Dogs are welcome and free to roam Hubbard’s Hills except when the signs indicate dogs must be on leads and under control at all times.
Things To See & Do
Walking and Exploring:
- Riverside Walks: Enjoy a leisurely walk along the banks of the River Lud. The river is shallow and clear, making it a fun spot for dogs to paddle around in the shallow parts.
- Woodland Trails: Explore the various paths through the park’s wooded areas. These trails offer shade and a more varied landscape for your dog to sniff and explore.
- Open Fields: Use the open grassy areas for playing fetch and other games. These spaces are ideal for letting your dog run off some energy.

There are two entrances to Hubbard’s Hills – Crowtree Lane and also from Halfpenny Lane, Hallington
