Dalmore Beach has pristine white sands stretching over 200 metres across the enclosed bay, Dalmore is near the village of Carloway and is a lovely dog-friendly and unspoilt beach to visit on the Isle of Lewis. The beach is also known as Traigh Dhail Mhor.

Behind the beach, rocky cliffs reach into the sea and form a headland. With a strong current and westerly wind, this a favoured surfing spot that requires experience.

Facilities at Dalmore Beach include car parking and toilets, a nice short walk down to the beach beside the graveyard and through the dunes.
