Things To See & Do
The cafe marks the starting point of the Hebridean Way, which takes you from the south of Vatersay to the north of Lewis. Separate routes exist for walking (156 miles) and cycling (185 miles), but both take you across 10 islands via 6 causeways and 2 ferries. The route boasts rugged hills and an amazing Atlantic coastline.
Access and Facilities
Vatersay is accessible via a causeway from the Isle of Barra. There is parking available at Vatersay Hall, which is convenient for both cafe visitors and campsite users.
