About
The Clarence House Hotel is dog-friendly and welcomes well-behaved dogs, so your four-legged friends can join you on your Tenby getaway. Located on the Esplanade above the stunning dog-friendly Tenby South Beach, you and your pup can enjoy long walks, fresh sea air, and plenty of Pembrokeshire’s natural beauty together.
Dog Access and Rules
Many of the rooms are dog-friendly; you will need to specify at the time of booking that you will be arriving with a dog.
While dogs aren’t allowed in the main dining areas indoors, you can enjoy a drink at the Clifftop Bar just across the road. With outdoor seating and spectacular views, it’s a lovely spot to relax after a coastal stroll. Plus, Tenby offers a wide range of dog-friendly cafes and pubs all within walking distance.
Things To See & Do
The hotel is located on the Esplanade, overlooking Tenby Castle, South Beaches, St. Catherine’s Island, and Fort. Although Castle Beach can be reached by steep steps opposite, it has seasonal dog restrictions. The beautiful South Beach allows dogs year-round and can be accessed via an easier ramp rather than steps.
Tenby has lots of cafes and pubs that allow dogs, offering plenty of dining and drinking options.
