Sands Caravan & Camping is a family-run campsite located just outside Gairloch within the dunes alongside Big Sand Beach.
The site offers designated areas for caravans, motorhomes or tents and rents wooden pods.
The site also has a licensed cafe and a shop. The Barn Cafe serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily throughout the season and offers a takeaway menu.
Facilities include 150 electric hookups, toilet and shower blocks, chemical toilet disposal points, laundry, Wi-Fi, and EV charging points. There is also a covered cooking and eating area, games, a TV room, and play areas.
Dog Access and Rules
Dogs are welcome on the site, provided they are always kept on a lead.
After a long day on the beach and dunes, there is also a dog wash area.
