About
The Lobster Pot is a dog-friendly cafe that serves excellent breakfasts, daytime light bites and dinner dishes with local seafood options and indoor and outdoor seating areas. The cafe can be busy but is well worth a wait,
Part of the outdoor seating area is council owned and can be used by non-cafe visitors with dogs needing to be on leads at all times.
Just a short distance from Felpham Beach, although the beach has peak-season dog restrictions, many beaches to the east towards Littlehampton allow dogs all year round.

A great cafe and the full English breakfast was great after an early morning walk. Not a problem with the cafe but it did get a bit irritating when a dog at a table near to us barked at everyone and anything that passed by. Why don’t owners think this may cause a problem to other visitors.

Eaten &/or grabbed a coffee here several times on visits from London to catch up with family over the years. .
Doesn’t matter what the season – it’s ideal for all. Right on the beach.
Such a great buzzy happy atmosphere with a local welcoming feel.
Food is good & varied & if you got room they have sweet treats to match !
Will continue to frequent this local gem for many years to come.
Highly recommend to all. All are welcome. Dogs & all.

Dogs allowed, but not dog friendly. Old lady with pony tail made us feel un welcome.
In the end left without ordering food as she made usto feel awkward, clearly talking to staff about us and our little dog as she jumped up (our dog not miserable old lady) to my wife.
£5.50 for a can off beer, ridiculous.
You have to que up to order food or drink and if you want condiments, staff will direct to there location.
I looked at reviews and found plenty bad about attitude of old lady. When we left after 1 drink without ordering food. We asked a young couple for directions to a friendlier pub, they commented that they live in area and have also had run ins with old lady (probably owner so can’t be sacked) about there tiny dog, even when ditting outside.
