Spit Beach is a small beach accessed from the coast path.

The beach has no facilities but does allow dogs all year round.

You can either walk along from Carlyon Bay or there is a small car park on Par Moor Road, where from the back of the car park you can follow the path under the railway that leads down to the beach.
