Polridmouth Cove has two sand and shingle beaches separated by rocks that join together at low tide, though they almost disappear at high tide.
The cove lies on the eastern side of Gribbin Head and offers some excellent coastal walks.
Dog Access and Rules
Polridmouth Beach allows dogs year-round with no restrictions, but check the tides, as you won’t have beach access at high tide.

Access and Facilities
There are no facilities at the beach. You have a small car park at Menabilly, and then you walk down the lane past Menabilly Farm for about half a mile, so 15 – 20 minutes.
