Castle Beach is a rocky/sandy beach west of Pendennis Point and under the castle, hence the name.  You have no beach at high tide, but when the tide is lower, then a good shingle beach with rock pools to explore.

Castle Beach has seasonal dog restrictions, not allowing dogs from 1st July to 31st August between 10 am – 6 pm.

As the beach is within the town centre, you have multiple car parking options; road car parking along Cliff Road, a car park by Gyllyngvase Beach, and small car parks on Pendennis Point.

Facilities include a beach shop, dog-friendly Castle Beach Cafe, beach hut hire and toilets.
