About
Coverack Cove is a dog-friendly beach in a small traditional Cornish village with a harbour. Located on the Lizard Peninsula and protected by low granite headlands, this beach disappears at high tide, leaving only a small stretch of rocks, but as the tide recedes, you get a larger sandy area.
The beach is a mix of sand and shingle that gently slopes into the sea, making a swim enjoyable.
Dog Access and Rules
Coverack Cove welcomes dogs year-round on the beach, but during the summer months, you must keep them on a lead.
