About
Leggan Cove, along with its neighbour Godrevy Cove, is located on the eastern side of the Lizard peninsula. Don’t confuse Godrevy Cove with Godrevy Beach by Hayle on the North Cornish Coast.
The two beaches can be accessed from the coast path and are both sandy, though with some shingle and rocky areas, backed by grass-covered shingle banks.
This is a nice location and is rarely busy.
Dog Access and Rules
Leggan Cove and Godrevy Cove are both dog-friendly all year round.
Access and Facilities
No facilities at the beaches.
The nearest parking is a few spaces in the village of Rosenithon or at Porthoustock Beach, which also has toilets.
