About
Eastern Green Beach is a sandy and shingle beach east of Penzance Harbour, also known as Penzance’s East Beach. It stretches from Penzance Harbour to Long Rock Beach and Marazion, at low tide, you can walk the whole stretch.
Dog Access and Rules
Dogs are allowed, but as you walk towards St Michael’s Mount, you move onto Long Rocks Beach, which does then have seasonal restrictions.
Things To See & Do
The sheltered beach boasts beautiful views across Mount’s Bay and towards St Michael’s Mount, offering picturesque scenery for a beach walk.
The beach has a very shallow slope, so, at low tide, there is plenty of space for dogs to run in and out of the water.
Access and Facilities
There are no toilets, and parking is not easy, so we recommend parking in the town and then walking along the coast path. Just head out from the train station which also has the closest toilets to pick up the path.
