About
Rockley Park Holiday Park is tucked just outside Poole, in Dorset. You’re not sea-facing but within Poole Harbour, which provides a more peaceful location away from the crowds.
Dog Access and Rules
Rockley Park Holiday Park welcomes dogs with open arms! There’s a dog-friendly restaurant terrace, and you can even take well-behaved dogs into designated areas of the main restaurant.
What's On Offer
Facilities-wise, it’s got the lot, swimming pools, play parks, a small shop, the usual bar/restaurant options and activities/entertainment for families.
Things To See & Do
One of the best bits is Rockley Beach, a little harbour beach at the edge of the holiday park. It’s not huge, and it’s sandy with some pebbly bits.
You can walk the trail from the park along the shoreline. It weaves through bits of woodland, open stretches, and spots where dogs can be let off lead.
You have many options around Poole a short drive away, from nature reserves to sea-facing sandy beaches.
Access and Facilities
Getting to Rockley Park is dead easy by car. Once you’re in Poole, it’s signposted clearly. If you’re coming by train, the nearest station is Hamworthy, which is just about walkable, though with a dog and a suitcase, it’s not what I’d call a breezy stroll.
