Fraisthorpe Beach is a sandy, dog-friendly beach on the East Yorkshire coast and forms part of Bridlington Bay. At this beach, you will have lots of sand, as the tide goes out a long way, and it is great for dog walkers, as dogs are allowed all year round and there is plenty of space.

Fraisthorpe is quieter than Bridlington beach, and the water is shallow a long way out. But do avoid either side of high tide, as you will need to contend with the World War II structures. These structures were once on the cliffs but due to coastal corrosion are now on the beach and in the sea.

It is about a 5km walk from Fraisthorpe to Bridlington, but do check the tide times, as if they come in, the coastal path is a lot longer.
