About
The Tiger Inn in East Dean is an excellent spot for a meal with your dog. It’s a proper old-school country pub with a cosy atmosphere, wooden beams, and a big open fire in winter. Dogs are welcome inside and outside, and the staff are usually happy to bring over a water bowl.
If the weather’s decent, the pub has a lovely village green right outside where you can sit and enjoy your food while your dog lounges about. Food-wise, expect classic pub grub—good pies, fish and chips, and a decent Sunday roast if you time it right. They also have a solid selection of local ales if you fancy a pint.
It’s a popular place, especially on weekends, so if you plan to visit at peak times, it’s worth booking ahead. You don’t want to turn up hungry with a dog in tow and find no space!
Dog Access and Rules
