It’s best to park at the Country Park Visitor Centre, where it’s a pleasant 20-30-minute walk through the Cuckmere Valley down to the beach. The walk is flat and suitable for most dogs and their owners.
Alternatively, you can park in Seaford and walk from Seaford Beach over Seaford Head.
For those using public transport, buses from Brighton, Eastbourne, and Seaford stop near the entrance to the Country Park. From there, it’s a short walk through the scenic landscape to reach the beach.
