Dog Access and Rules
Dogs are allowed at Rickmansworth Aquadrome. However, they are not permitted in the water, the play area, the outdoor gym, or the fenced picnic area. All dogs must be controlled and on a lead around the cafe area, as well as nesting birds.
Things To See & Do
Rickmansworth Aquadrome boasts over 100 acres of parkland, featuring a variety of trails and paths that wind around its two large lakes, Batchworth Lake and Bury Lake.
Enjoy leisurely walks along well-maintained paths offering picturesque lakes and surrounding woodland and grassland. The trails are perfect for a relaxing stroll or a more vigorous hike with your dog.
You also have access to the Grand Union Canal footpath.
Access and Facilities
The Aquadraome has a large car park, toilets and a cafe. The site is also easily reached by public transport as Rickmansworth Station (Chiltern and Metropolitan lines) is just a five-minute walk away.
