Things To See & Do
Rhosneigr is one of Anglesey’s most picturesque coastal villages. It has golden sands, rolling dunes, and spectacular sea views. It’s also a hotspot for watersports, birdwatching, and coastal walks.
With miles of golden sand, dogs can sprint, sniff, and splash to their heart’s content. Head towards the western end of Traeth Crigyll or explore Traeth Llydan for more peace. Traeth Rhosneigr is the busier town beach. Traeth Crigyll is a stunning sandy bay with shallow waters, perfect for paddling, playing fetch, and long walks along the shoreline. Traeth Llydan is the longer, quieter beach backed by grassy dunes that offer more space for dogs to roam.
To the rear of Traeth Crigyll dunes is RAF Valley so that you will see regular low-flying planes.
If you want a longer dog walk, take a scenic walk along the Anglesey Coastal Path towards Aberffraw or Tywyn Trewan. The path offers breathtaking cliffside views and hidden coves.
