A daytime sightseeing cruise on the River Ouse will give you a unique view of the history of York and the impact the River Ouse has had on its development through on-board commentary.
Along the 45-minute cruise, you’ll spot many famous York landmarks, including York Minster, Clifford’s Tower, Bridges crossing the Ouse, the serene Museum Gardens, and the medieval Guildhall.
Dog Access and Rules
Welcomes well-behaved dogs on board Daytime Sightseeing Cruises at no additional cost, as long as they are kept on a lead.
Only Guide/Hearing Dogs are permitted on Dining Cruises and the Santa Experience.
Access and Facilities
Daytime Cruises depart from two landing stages:
- King’s Staith Landing, York, YO1 9SN
- Lendal Bridge Landing, York, YO1 7DP
The boats offer a range of refreshments at the onboard bar, stocked with local beers, wines, spirits, soft drinks, hot drinks, and snacks.
