Polridmouth Cove has two sandy dog-friendly beaches joined at low tide, although they all but disappear at high tide. The cove is on the eastern side of Gribbin Head.

There are excellent coastal walks.

There are no facilities and approximately 20 minutes from the nearest car park along a small track.
