Black Rock Beach lies south of Bude at the southern end of Widemouth Bay, and marks the rockier end of this long beach. The north end is a larger expanse of sand, though it has seasonal dog restrictions, whereas Black Rock Beach allows dogs year-round.
The beach’s rocky expanse offers an ideal opportunity for rock-pooling enthusiasts, with abundant marine life to discover at low tide.
