About
Cape Cornwall is a headland with a beach (Priest’s Cove), several small coves, high cliffs, and excellent coastal walks. The headland is part of the Cornish Mining World Heritage Site and is managed by the National Trust.
From Cape Cornwall, there are many great walks to explore. Head to Sennen Cove in the south or north on the coast path through the Tin Coast to the Pendeen Lighthouse, with fantastic sea views.
Dog Access and Rules
Dogs on a lead are welcome along the footpaths around Cape Cornwall, although there is a seasonal dog ban on the beach and slipway from Easter Sunday to 30 September.
Access and Facilities
Cape Cornwall has a large car park, toilets and a cafe serving a selection of hot and cold drinks, cakes and snacks.
