About
Porthcurnick Beach is a wide, isolated, dog-friendly sandy beach with rock pools, and at low tide, some smaller coves become accessible.
This stretch of Roseland Peninsula coast is worth exploring, with Portscatho around St Anthony Headland to the west, and to the east, you have Carne and Pendower beaches.
Dog Access and Rules
Porthcurnick Beach allows dogs year-round, and you have the dog-friendly The Hidden Hut cafe just above the beach.
Access and Facilities
The beach is managed by the National Trust and is located at the end of a narrow lane with no parking. We recommend parking in the New Road, Portscatho car park and taking a half-mile walk along the coast path.
