Well-behaved dogs are welcome throughout the garden and park. However, as wildlife and livestock roam these areas, they must be kept on a lead at all times. Only assistance dogs are allowed in the house.
The facilities for dogs at Chatsworth are excellent. You’ll find toilets, dog waste bins, and plenty of open space for walking. Head to the Carriage House cafe, with dog-friendly indoor seating for refreshments, or you can collect takeaway food from one of the many food-to-go outlets.
