Landcombe Cove is an isolated dog-friendly beach below wooded cliffs. It is on the South West Coast Path, just along from Blackpool Sands, and can be reached on foot, which is a great dog-friendly walk along the clifftops with panoramic views of the unspoiled beauty of South Devon’s coastline.
The beach itself is a pebble and shingle beach that, at low tide, provides sandy stretches and rockpools.
Dog Access and Rules
Landcombe Cove Beach allows dogs year-round, and I recommend visiting at lower tide levels when you have more beach and sand.

Access and Facilities
When planning a visit to Landcombe Cove, be prepared, as there are no facilities there. The walk down to the beach is steep and rugged in places, but that is one reason there are never crowds.
