Malltraeth Beach, also known as Malltraeth Sands, is between the estuary and Llandedwyn Island on Anglesey in North Wales. When the tide is low, you can walk over to Llandedwyn Island.
The beach is a sandy beach backed by Newborough Forest.
Dog Access and Rules
Dogs are allowed on Malltraeth Beach all year round, but they should be on leads until they reach the beach as you pass through the nature reserve.
