About
Rossall Beach is a dog-friendly pebble, shingle, and sand beach extending from Cleveleys to the North of Blackpool. The beach starts as pebbles by the sea defence, then turns to shingle, and then, as the tide goes out, you get sand.
The area is mainly residential, so parking is along the seafront and a promenade.
Dog Access and Rules
Rossall Beach is dog-friendly all year round, although one word of warning: Cleveley Beach adjoining has dog restrictions, so keep an eye on local signage. A basic rule of thumb is that no dogs are allowed on the beach to the front of the stepped sea defences.
