Dog Access and Rules
Whitesands Beach has seasonal restrictions for dogs. Dogs are not allowed on the beach from May 1st to September 30th. Outside of these months, dogs are welcome to enjoy the beach with their owners.

There is a large car park adjacent to the beach, but it can fill up quickly during peak summer months, so arriving early or later in the day is advisable to secure a spot. An alternative could be to park at St Davids Head and then walk down.
The beach is well-equipped with a car park, toilets, and a cafe that operates during the warmer months. Lifeguards are on duty from May to September, making it a safe option for swimming and surfing.
