About
The Wales Coast Path runs through Nash Point, offering spectacular views. Start by walking along the cliffs, where your dog can enjoy the fresh sea air. The area’s geology is fascinating, featuring layered limestone cliffs shaped by centuries of coastal erosion.
Nash Point is famous for its historic lighthouse, built in 1832. Although dogs are not permitted inside the lighthouse, the surrounding area is perfect for a stroll, and you can enjoy fantastic views. The area is a haven for birdwatchers and nature enthusiasts. In the waters below, you might spot seabirds, seals, or even porpoises.
If your dog enjoys clambering over rocks and splashing in rock pools, the pebble beach at Nash Point will be a hit, although the beach is inaccessible at high tides. Beachcombers will love the area for fossil hunting, like much of the bays along this stretch of coast.
